      image I went to this store to get a new iPhone. The employee named Nick told me I can get the phone case, screen protection for free while I am getting a new iPhone, so I allowed him to add those. I trusted him on the credit card charge until several days later when I was going through the bill. The phone case and the screen protection arent free, he charged me at the full price. This T mobile store intentionally tells/sells you something while he says they are free but secretly charge you a full amount, and hope you wont pay attention or get lost when looking at the bill. This is a pure rip off. I dont recommend this store at all!
