Hertz Car Rental - Houston - Northwest Freeway-Santa Ana HLE

My boyfriend made a reservation online for this location. We get there and are told by the rep and the front desk that they didn't have any vehicles and all onsite are broken down. Noone called and informed us and we drove 30min to get there. We were told the system is down. We are told to drive to the Jersey Village location bc they had suvs for sure. Now my thought was why dont u call Sir and guarantee but he assured us they did....as u can guess...we drive all the way there and no vehicle and the guy says he cant see our reservation bc the other Herrz didnt send it. My bf asked b4 leaving if the guy could send the info and he was told to just show his reservation. We waisted time, money, and gas. And still no car. No accountability...nothing. Will not use Hertz anymore!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They will make the reservation even if make directly through Hertz website and then have no cars. Then they have a phone number and will not answer the phone either even though there is a phone at the location and it rings. Also they charge extra to speak to customer service on the phone. Horrible horrible service

We came to return our car, but the shop was closed. There was a note that we need to contact the other location that was 21mi away. We called the company and they asked us to return the car at any Hertz. We left to go to another location, and one the way we called the location and it was closed too. We called the company again and they said to return the car at the original location and leave the car inside. We ruined our plan for the day. Wasted 2 hours. they should have contacted us in advance, so we dont have to loose time and plan things in advance.
