        This location is horrible. They are not staffed at all. You can go in at any given time and there will be 15 to 20 people in line and only 1 teller. The teller will try to sell additional services knowing there are 20 people in line. It makes no sense. But on Sat at 1230pm, they will add another Teller so that they can go home on time! Shame on you Bank of America. Close your accounts and go somewhere else where you are appreciated and taken care of...There are more Employees walking around than servicing Customers. They will tell you to use the atms but the atms are always out of order. I dont know if it's just this location or all Bank of Americas.
