        I have a business account with Bank of America. I had a few things that needed to get verified in person. Fortunately I was assisted by Michelle and Im glad I was lucky enough to have met her. She set up the proper expectations of what was going to take place. She set up the follow up appointment that was needed for the following day and upon my arrival on the second day she was able to assist me promptly within a few minutes. She resolved everything I needed. She has many years of experience and was great to work with. Ask for her should you need help! Thank you Michelle!
