        This was my first time visiting this Bank of America branch, and the customer service I received left me speechless. The gentleman at the front desk, Bernardo, was simply a blessing. For the past four months, I have struggled with opening an account with the Chase branch on Edgebrook, where I have an existing checking account and mortgage. He and Ines were able to solve my problem within an hour and a half. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this Bank of America because they go above and beyond in order to ensure their customers are well taken care of.

        Terrible service, terrible attention, rude people like Ins Martnez!! They give you an appointment at 3 and they serve you 45 minutes later, I came for an issue with my app and I preferred to close the account and go to another bank! Your time for them is a mockery! They don't even want to help you in your efforts, it's a game for them!! Closing the account because they themselves do not help you manage is absurd. DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE
