      image No one in this bank is friendly. They act like it’s an issue to even help. Their tone is very belittling and they aren’t on the same page as customer service. Just switched back to BOA and I’m remembering why I left in the first place.

      image Booked an appointment online and arrived on time to sit for 40 minutes until I decided to leave. No one assured me that I was next or last, or even gave me any update. Not enough staff, bank was full of customers waiting for counter service and waiting to speak with agents. Definitely need to hire more employees.
