Do not come to this location if you are in a hurry! I arrived at 9 and didnt get called to the window till 9:16 !!!! They only have one lady here at the window while the other 2 workers watch as line gets longer! This is my second time here but I will definitely not be coming back to this location!

I hate going to this bank. The 2 times ive been here, theres only one teller and the line is moving super slow. I bank with Chase and they are far much better. Unfortunately i have to pay a friend at the Bank of America. Otherwise wouldnt return at all. And theyre customer service sucks. First time they told me that if depositing to someones else acct. And i do not have an acct with bank of america i have to deposit cash. Now they said cash its not accepted, has to be check or money order. 😡😡

This location along with most of others sucks.. always only two bank tellers and a loooooong line every time I go. Spending 40+ minutes at the bank for a really simple task is beyond frustrating. What is up with banking these days? Are they so broke they cannot afford a sufficient amount of employees?? Ridiculously slow service and the tellers usually have attitudes. Awful.
