Josh came to fix my fridge, diagnosed the issue, shopped for the part needed, went and got it and returned all in the same day, and for a fair price. I will use them again for any appliance issues I cannot fix by myself going forward. Thank you.

The technician that came out the second daytime i called was very professional while servicing my refrigerator, however when the repair did not work after paying almost 600 dollars, this company would not come back 3 days later even though I supposedly had a warranty. This visit cost this company repeat business and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER!! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I called T&W regarding a refrigerator repair, which was completed. However, close to a month later (before 30 day warranty) the refrigerator was acting faulty again. I called to have the technician come back out to inspect and ensure the new issue was not caused by the first, which should have been repaired. On the first call on 9/18/20 I was told a technician would call to set up a visit again. I called again later in the night on 9/18/20 since I never received a call back. I was informed by T&W that the technician would need to call direct since it falls under warranty. Well I have yet to receive a call 4 days later. At this point, I do not want to deal with this company nor the technician that come to the house to do the repair. I cannot imagine these guys are busting out 100 visits per day to not get a call back. I gave this company a 2 since they were quick to respond but very poor to reconcile. I would not recommend T&W.
