I took my (Esoteric SA-60) SACD player in for repair, unit had a "READ DISC" error on the display window, and wouldn't load or play any disc.... After serveral months of waiting (most of the needed parts are only available from Japan) not unusual, my unit was ready for pickup. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, due to the fact, Esoteric only shipped 75 (SA-60) models to the USA @ $4600.00 a pop! and some the parts are proprietary! After the repair and all the new parts being installed, I let the unit burn-in, play non-stop for a whole week, before any serious listening. At this point it's been a few months since Bammel TV repaired my unit, and everything is GREAT on all fronts. Bammel TV did an excellent job repairing my unit, kept me up to date on the process, and offered GREAT customer service. Thank you, Jon B.

These guys are awesome. I have taken some really old radios and they got them working like new again. I highly recommend them. I'm not just saying this but they really know their stuff.
