What an unprofessional outfit. The tech came to see my dryer and never bothered to fix it. I have two dogs in kennels in my living room and apparently he was not comfortable working around dogs. Not one dog loose and the others are also in dog runs nowhere near the dryer. It is no wonder they have a 3.1 rating. Low class company. My home is cleaner than yours probably. Plus the dogs are nowhere near the laundry room . Liars!!!! There are 8 dogs not 16.

Do NOT under any circumstances let these people into your home. They are absolute crooks. They took money from the warranty company twice, only to not fix the problem. When I called for the 3rd time for the same issue just days later, they said they knew what the issue was and they were going to order a new part. It made no sense that they all of a sudden knew how to fix it without ever coming back and talking with a master technician as maytag required. The lady on the phone tried to tell me that customer service didn't know what they were talking about and they had already spoken to the technician line after he left my home last time to make sure the washer was fixed properly. She claimed that he called from his vehicle after leaving when I told her I have video evidence that a phone call was never made while he was here. She said she would call me back after speaking with the warranty company. When she called back, she said they were going to send another company out for a 2nd opinion because she can't authorize a new washer, which I never asked for. When I called the warranty company back, they said she claimed that I was being combative and wouldn't authorize them to fix my washer and was demanding a new washer. Thankfully, I recorded all calls with this company and forwarded all of the TRUTH to maytag/whirlpool, which included all of the recorded calls and video from my home. They were shocked over the past month how I have been spoken to, and told me that what the technician was doing wasn't even what was recommended, and that's why they wanted him to call a master technician while he was in my home. I've been without a working washer for over a month because of this scam of a company. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I wish I would have read reviews before I booked with this company. ALICE in dispatch is just awful. She told me she would call me back when I requested to not have a specific time frame due to a doctor's appointment. She never called me back and by the time I called them back they were closed. I got a phone call the next day with a time frame of 11-2, which was the time frame i specifically requested not to have. Since I need my washer fixed, I changed my doctor's appointment, only to not have the technician show up in the time frame. When I called and spoke to Alice again, she told me that I could have easily called her back, which I did TWiCE , and that I need to take some responsibility for her incompetenceand inability to do her job. She continued to yell and talk over me, and when I told her she needed to stop she got defensive and hung up on me. If this is the way they treat their customers, the owners need some serious overhauling. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!

Juan was a great technician. Made the repair experience so easy. Neat , clean & professional . And Mary did a great job also scheduling the repair since I started this endeavor in Mid Dec & had to wait until today Feb 6,2024 to complete. Thank you both for your willingness to help me.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Please do not trust them to be honest with you regarding appliance repairs. We wasted $145 for a problem they knew they wouldnt be able to fix. Please look elsewhere for repairs.
