GOFAR Services, LLC

I have been using GoFar Services for maybe 4 years for all my appliances.  It is so very difficult to find any company that truly makes customer service a priority and this company ROCKS it!!  The only company that I've ever used that does everything RIGHT!  They always answer the phone or return your call promptly, are very polite and personable, make the appointments on time or call you when they are running late, provides excellent service and I've NEVER had any issues with them whatsoever!  You won't go wrong by calling them to handle your appliances!

Very prompt and great service on my refrigerator. Got very complete review and explanation of icing problem which had vastly improved before Brian arrived. He far exceeded my expectation for service and would definitely give highest recommendation.

Thank you to Gofar Services who was able to help fix a washer in one of my rental units in the Houston area. I live in Buffalo New York and own several rental properties out of the state which can sometimes be difficult to maintain from 2000 miles away. I called Gofar who was able to come immediately and fix a machine that wasn't functioning properly. They were prompt and professional and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Brian from Gofar Services just finished fixing our dryer that was not heating. What a professional! Gofar services lives up to their mission - excellent customer service. He arrived within the promised window of service, updated us on a closer on site time inside that window, took extra time to walk us through the repairs he was doing and was able to complete the repair without another service call. Highly recommend this company!
