Fall Lake Apartments

Lived here for a while... Everything was good until new management came along... They stole my Texas rent relief money and I have proof of it now! I will be taking legal action... They reported that I owe the balance on my credit.... I found 2 apartments that are willing to accept me and these people won't even fill out the renters verification form so I can move in! We've been calling them and sending it out since last month! It's sad what they did to me but God don't like ugly and karma will come back around.

Yes I just move to Houston and I think the lady must was having a bad day all I wanted was a one bedroom and it has to to be three times the rent I get almost 2000 month serious I can afford it even a two I know someone will rent to me but I'm glad she said that because I was turned of my it anyway word of advice you never know people situations be more kind

Coming from an apartment complex that really did not care to do anything for their tenants I am extremely pleased with fall lakes. Any communication with the office has been pleasant and any and all questions answered. I have had no issues with the living conditions of my unit or the property.

Robert is genuinely the best Manager to work with! He is kind and super knowledgeable and the property is very well kept! Definitely 10out of 10!! You Rock Robert!!

Love these apartments & the new upgrades in the units . The apartment manager is very nice & friendly the place is WELL lit up at night and cameras everywhere . WHAT I dont like is all the men hanging out on the side near the back gate its not safe nor does it look good .. and the back gate doesnt close other than that for the price its good
