I would like to update my review since that horrible manager is replaced. Everything is back to normal. Very friendly responsible staff. They installed new boxes for handling packages and made it sooo easy to pick up packages at any time securely.
Maintenance is wonderful. They do their best to solve any problem.
I moved out of the city otherwise I would have stayed at my apartment in Tuscany Oaks.

I had a great experience with Tuscany Oaks in finding a quality and affordable place. Sarah was extremely helpful in taking me through my application process and finding a place that fit my price and comfort. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good area in Houston with an affordable price to definitely look into it!

I resided at the Tuscany Oaks for 18 months and I loved it and my one bedroom apartment. The Tuscany Oaks team took care of the maintenance and even cleaned my carpets when needed. I had to relocate for work and it is the only reason why I moved. Sara and the leasing team were extremely helpful with my move out and I look forward to returning to Houston and the Richdale properties. Top notch leasing team!

Great service, all the time when I go to the rental counter for any questions the ladies who work answer everything with a great smile and concern for all the residents specially on the weekend when i stop there
