Why are all the good reviews of people
who toured the complex?? Theyre clearly incentivized. Dont let that blind you. This place isnt all that great. The only good thing is the location, thats it. They charge you all these fees and yet youre left with broken garage gates every other week, broken elevators (which btw have an expired inspection from Q1 of 2023 and are extremely janky), broken pedestrian gates and building access doors, and more.
We pay way too much rent to be having to deal with constant inconveniences like double broken exit gates. Extremely unsafe in many ways.
I thought things would be better when the new management came into the picture, but nope. Im coming up on 3 years of living here and its the same old story. And even worse, now theyre going back to old management.
Dont be fooled but the good reviews of people who *tour* here. That literally means nothing. Of course theyre going to wow people with their tours.
I honestly was not even going to bother leaving a bad review but its ridiculous that the two gates are still broken right now and the freight elevator too. I came back from out of town late with a bunch of stuff to take back to my apartment, I try the freight elevator (which has been broken for several weeks now) and its still not functioning.

Been here for over a year, glad to be leaving. Worst apartment i have ever been in. Poor security in and around the apartment. Garage is broken very often. And they leave it open all day. Had items stolen from my vehicle. Car has been broken into. Saw 3 cars with all 4 wheels stolen, propped up on bricks. Doors leading into the apartment complex are propped open or unlocked. Stolen packages. Unhelpful management. Apartments have Poor insulation, so expect a high electric bill.
