    Extremely horrible horrible horrible living experience here. It has been bad since the beginning when I moved in April 2021 but I didnt think things could get even worse. I never moved out because I was not mentally well due to unfortunate life events that I went through which didnt allow me to focus on moving out while I was dealing with anxiety and depression. With manager Heather she was always with a RBF and now this new management is so much WORSE. Its two African American men that are pretty much absent . They get paid for showing their face every now and then!! The manager is never in the office. The other guy is there and doesnt pick up the phone. Every single time I call no one ever picks up and thats because I know for a fact the guy is there in the office. They purposefully do not pick up the phone. Their system has been down for many days and now that rent is due, theyre asking us the residents to get in our car and go to Walmart to buy a cashiers check to pay them in person. What?!? Why is it our problem? Just extend the rent due date and fix your dumb portal where we can make our payment ! My roommate and I pay $2510 rent including all the fees and utilities. We are about to move out. The carpets are ALWAYS dirty, people leave dog feces everywhere, trash in the hallways and garage and staircases , no security. The main gate is ALWAYS open, no manned security gate. Marijuana smells permeate through my unit. I could go on and on and on. The faucet in my kitchen is immobile, the water pressure is so low. They supppsedly went by to fix it but it didnt get fixed . INCOMPETENT HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS WHO ARE DIRTY. Do not move here please! ***** UPDATE****** I finally moved out but I needed to come back to update on the new management who took over and has been helpful the last 3-4 months. They have been wonderful. They made a big difference in the living situation with their swift responsiveness and attention when I needed anything. I still had to move out though. And the carpet cleanliness did not really improve, although they did try harder to enforce rules such as fining those people whose dogs left their poo. I was much happier with the new current management.

    Condescending, rude staff. I have to call and email 20 times to get issues fixed some of which the staff has created themselves. And theres A LOT of issues. Ive been living here for 7.5 months and its been a huge disappointment and pain in my a**. The staff is supposed to be working to make our lives easier but they have definitely made my life harder since living here. The apartment was dirty and falling apart when I got it. I wish I had more good things to say about this place but I will not be renewing my lease here & I highly advise you do not sign here.

    Everything is amazing, been living here since mid June, despite the transition from one management and back to the old one, everything has been a nice experience to live here. The only reason why Im giving it a 4 stars is because the elevator on our side has been out of order since the beginning of October. I know I can take the stairs to go get my mail, packages, and or coffee but when Im by myself its really hard to do so with an infant (plus I live on the 3rd floor). That is my only complaint and I hope they get it fixed soon before the end of the year. Update: they sent a email that the elevator will hopefully be fixed by the second week of January fingers crossed!
