Cherry Creek Apartments

I Recommend this apartment complex. Based on my 3+ Years of living here. The Leasing staff is friendly, experienced, and professional (Hilda is the best). Work orders are completed in a timely manner, and its easy to put a request on the schedule. The grounds are kept nice and clean, it feels nice to come home to this environment it is a quiet and peaceful complex. The apartment is spacious, my only complaint is that my unit did not washer and dryer connections (but the proximity to the laundry room made this a very small issue).

Current tenant new to Houston. Unit is overpriced and not worth the money. No W/D. No light fixtures in bedrooms or living room. No amenities besides the pool. The unit looks like it was rushed together for move in. The appliances are ancient and the oven gets too hot. Parking is $25/mo when the parking lot is terrible. Full of pot holes and the parking spots are so close. I drive a compact and can barely get in and out my vehicle in a visitors spot. I'm very unsatisfied with the property overall. Office staff and maintenance is cordial that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one.
