The manager was very sweet, always smiling and very helpful. The manager and her employees were so nice that it made my day. I just happened to get stranded in their property and they were so helpful. Thank you again for all your help.

I have been without an AC since July 31! They use a bandaid approach to solving this issue. 1st was told needed a new breaker, next it just needed freon then i needed a new unit. Well they told me they had ordered a new unit & would install right away. Well they pretended to install a new unit but they didnt at all just another bandaid. Finally they admitted to not having installed a new unit because I questioned if a new unit was installed then they didnt install the unit that goes inside my apartment. is it a furnace part of a new unit? i dont know but they said they really were going to install this time. Well the AC went out again Sat night Aug 19,2023. I have health issues and no one seems to care. When i am promised a time for repair they dont show up for hours! Steve supposedly the supervisor has lied to me so many times. I am sitting here crying bcz it is so hot, i have the flu & i am miserable. 21 days and no AC in this condition the apt is uninhabitable i have nowhere to go and no money to at least get a room somewhere Im sure the problem is whats needed is a professional and they refuse to pay for one. They would rather play a guessing game while we are broiling in this place because guess what they have a cold home to go to every night. its unbelievable they have no emergency phone # we have to sweat it out until 10:00 am &they will not work past 6:00 pm! The staff is great especially Jacky. She is always so helpful and she goes the extra mile for everyone
