I've lived for here for three years and the new office staff has made the difference here! Katia, Sutton and Bridgette have literally become family to me and I have never experienced anything like it. The maintenance staff is on point and comes quickly and fixes everything right the first time. The resident events are a blast and something I look forward to every month! Thank you guys for ALK you do!! I don't think you are told enough how much you are appreciated!!!

I lived a this apartment complex for a year and they had a lot of roaches the more I clean the more they would come out the no good neighbors would make all kind of noise upstairs they act like they couldn't do anything about it,after my lease was up I clean that apartment from top to bottom,Mr.Rogers called me and said that I had did a beautiful job in cleaning the apartment out before I left when it was time for my deposit all I got back was $50,22,my deposit was $950.00,I called Mr.Rogers to ask him about my deposit he said oh I will call you back and he NEVER DID RETURN MY CALL,so I would like to know what happened to my DEPOSIT,can I get a RESPONSE from someone who can solve this problem

We just moved in June 1st; and I can tell you now I have never been happier with a complex or Apartment; seriously. Management communicates efficiently and quickly but also clearly. The pool and complex are clean the apartments are clean-even the neighbors are so sweet and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough we have never been happier!

I have resided here for a few months and thus far have experienced multiple maintenance issues, vehicle rims stolen from the parking lot, vehicles broken into, and catalytic converters stolen from vehicles. When I initially signed my lease, I asked about security and was informed they hired a private security company to patrol the community, had multiple security cameras, had good lighting around the apartment, and a security patrol officer onsite at all times. In reality, I have yet to see the security company we are supposed to have onsite. Additionally, I was almost hit by a drunk driver racing through the parking lot. When I spoke to the property manager about this and inquired about security camera footage, I was told there are no security cameras onsite except for one overlooking the staff. Furthermore, I have had multiple pieces of mail stolen that carried sensitive information. I spoke to the property manager about this and they had no solutions, only a customer service phrase stating they were apologetic for my frustration. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The front office is fully renovated and will sell you on a nice, new apartment...renter beware!
