If I could give 0 stars I would. They were rude to me on the phone. A lady hung up on me because she stated she people in the store. She hung up on me! I WILL not be visiting this store and I would advise you to not visit either. I am willing to a couple extra miles not to visit this Metro store.

Very bad customer service went in to pay a 91.00bill for my daughter only had 100.00he proceeded to tell me he didn't have change after he couldn't help me with a few other things I ask what kind of place was this he said it's not a bank very bad customer service would not recommend this store ever

When I walked in the store the manager was rude racist and wouldnt sell me a phone after I drove an hour from Dallas I spoke with the owner he he clearly didnt care I wouldnt take a dog there to get a phone I guess they wouldnt give me phone because I wasnt Hispanic I guess so if your black do not give them your business period
