Terry at Island BrainWorks is easy to work with and a really nice person. The Cereset technology is fantastic and it works! I was having a hard time focusing at work and in my life. I wasn't sleeping well, felt tired all the time and had a hard time coping with stress. After my sessions with Terry, I am sleeping infinitely better, my mind is clear, I can easily focus on difficult tasks and I am coping just fine with the stress in my life. I highly recommend Terry and the Cereset technology. Do your homework and go see Terry! You'll be glad you did!

My experience with neurotherapy being prescribed by a Neurologist and not getting quite all the results I was looking for but still amazing me is what led me to want to try something new.
Two days before my Galveston wedding I went to Island Brain Works for a tune-up. I had prior experience with brain based Neurotherapy and was hoping for a similar experience to help stay focused for the big day.
My overall stress level seemed to be non-existent and I was back to my happy cheerful self by the end of the session. I was really happy with how well the wedding and following days went.
My overall impression with Brainwave Optimization is high and I look forward to future innovations with this group.
