No doctors work at this clinic. It is only staffed with Nursing assistants.

Needed nurse Cayla Clapp to get something signed. I was told 2-3 business days. Its now day 4 and still nothing. This is an urgent matter and Im having a panic attack now thanks to her and Dr Noble. Due to this negligence I had to cancel an extremely important appointment for my daughter and still owe the $400 for not being able to make the appointment today and have to miss another day of work. I am beyond livid at the unprofessionalism. If only every doctor and nurse there could be as good as Dr Hairfield this would have probably been taken care of early.
Side note, all of the receptionists were helpful in calling the nurse (who never answered) and making me feel like they expressed it was an urgent matter to the Doctor. Dont bother calling patient services, they just give you run around. By the time I spoken with a manger after 9 calls Cayla said she would resend it. Its 2023, I can see you never sent it in the first place. It took so many people for her to send my daughters records to me. She is beyond negligent and a liar.

We love this clinic. The staff is amazing with my kids and specials need kid. We have seen 2 Dr's here and they have been amazing.
