Waiting room way too small to accommodate all the waiting patients. We had to sit shoulder to shoulder, and breathe each others germs a great concern in a medical waiting room with sick patients.
-There is absolutely no privacy at the reception counter -- everyone can hear your name and your medical information.

I've been going here for two and a half years. Within that time, I've been to three PCP's because they keep re-assigning me a new PCP. They look for any reason to denie scripts in order for you to make yet another doctor visit, even after I have given labs. I will look for another medical provider

I share the sentiments of an earlier reviewer. I have been treated for my pain for 13 years then I moved and its been ridiculous trying to get the same prescription Ive had forever. I just saw Dr Jetty who was a jerk and looked at me and treated me as a drug seeker. Pain is the black sheep of medicine and the sufferers are treated with little to no respect. UTMB you should be ashamed of tying your providers hands by not allowing them to treat pain. Thats what Dr Jetty said as the reason he wouldnt help. He was fine in the beginning of the appointment then he came back from meeting with the faculty doctor he reports to and was agitated and, quite frankly, disrespectful. Being short with me and with an attitude. And the more u try to explain your point and advocate for yourself the more they think youre an addict. Im addicted to the relief I get. Im not an addict.
I walked out demoralized.
