The service here is so horrible. Not one worker I have encountered is genuinely nice! Employees here are not welcoming and have horrible attitudes. I asked a question and two of them have me dirty looks and answered extremely rude. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life from the Wet Seal store. To top it off, I'm not even from Texas, so those girls set the tone of very rude people in Texas for me. Very disappointed.

the other day I was at the wet seal in frisco, texas at the mall and wanted to return a romper that broke on the first day I wore it. I went to return the romper and was told that I could not return it. I not only had the receipt but the tag that came on the outfit. The two young teenagers that were at the counter did not of help at all. all they did was glare,LAUGH, and point at me witch was horribly rude. after having my mother call wet seal to ask if I could return it they finally gave me a store credit that I could use only that day. I searched for about an hour and a half and found nothing that looked good on me, after explaining to the rude girls that I was keeping my friends back they still would not let me return my item but again they stood in the back counter and just pointed and laughed at my failed attempt to get help. so finally I just grabbed a random thing of the counter and payed for it. this was the most horrible service i have ever received and I will not be going to wet seal ever again
