First time shopping at loft, definitely recommend this store at stone briar, the ladies working there are very nice, specially Victoria she was very lovely and sweet, she help me out a lot. Im definitely going back.

I have shopped at many Lofts and have enjoyed the employees friendliness, however I was in the Loft at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco Texas and came upon the rudest manager ever. My daughter and I attempted to use a coupon that said 50% off total purchase however she said she could not accept it. She the manager Megan said she could not override it and said it didnt matter anyway because she was leaving in a week. Very rude demeanor and totally unprofessional. We asked about customer service and she said they are closed on Sundays. Well guess what my daughter was able to connect with someone in customer service, so now Megan the store manager lied let alone was rude. If the Loft. Continues to keep Megan and other managers like her on staff I can only expect the service to become worse and the margins go down. DO nOT shop where this Megan is as manager

I like loft because I don't need to try anything on, I can order online or go in and grab off the rack and the my normal size always works. Occasionally a new style I might try one. Usually I find a few cute items!
