Bad business ethics from Robert Spencer Westin, contracts jobs to us and not pay. Does not hold up to his word. Lack of communication, excuses left and right. Uses people, all talk and no show. Lives a high life but does not show the hard work into it. Do not work for this guy or use his services. Dishonest middleman General Contractor. Not a real company!

The owner of this company is dishonest and just talks in circles. Be warned!!!! Do not provide money upfront or as an advancement as we have been taken to the cleaners. Spencer Westin showed up twice to survey damage and write up a claim to submit to insurance and never followed through. We are 6 weeks out from a broken pipe and water damage and the only thing accomplished by this company was outsourcing a mitigation company. In addition, we had a theft incident when an employee joined Spencer at our home. I am still unclear what this employee's job entailed, but he was clearly not in a healthy mental mind set. He walked out the front door with my dog's leash and said he thought it was a key chain. Really? Not to mention tablets were stolen and later returned when Spencer looked into the matter. This is the type of company and employees you will deal with if you are trusting and take Spencer at face value.  Spencer has a charming personality but clearly lacks work ethic and professionalism. Did I mention we have not been refunded any money for the lack of work?
