I used this company only for the clean out services due to a fire in my home. Rosie come out and at first I wasnt going to use them but, she reassured me & made me feel very comfortable. When my mind was going haywire & she really stepped in and helped me process the things I needed to do. I would recommend Rosie for your clean out needs. She is awesome. We had a waterer damage in our home and called Restoration XP to help us through the problem. We had several different steps through this process and the staff was very informative and responsive. Anthony and team came to remove our furniture did an amazing job with packing up our items and wrapping them to prevent any damage. Tim the project manager kept us informed during the entire process. Jose was extremly helpful and offered his suggestions on items we needed replaced, but not sure what to select. The Restoration XP team helped us through a very stressful time, and we appreciate the entire teams efforts. This company is dishonest they havent completed any of the jobs as it should and left a big mess behind at my friends house.

My overall experience with the company was great. Lavarus, Cam, and Alex handled everything in a timely manner and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend Restoration XP to my friends and family.
