Some lessons are learned the hard way. Left Ann's office chasing lower premiums. And I got bit with the worst service. I didn't see the value in Ann and thought of it like a commodity. Could not have have been more wrong. Just moved back already have had more service than the past 3 years in 2 days. She provides a level of service that will put you back in your seat.

Ann and her team are amazing! She saved me so much money on my insurance considering the market and goes way beyond for her clients. Ann also helped me get my son dorm insurance in NYC for his college. It is great to now you can pick up the phone and actually speak to someone to help you. Ann Anderson is top notch and I highly recommend her!

This is the best auto insurance company in my experience! They are always available to speak on the phone whenever I need answers or any auto issues. I highly recommend them!

Farmers is a good insurance company to collect your premium money.
Once you have a claim it turns really bad.
1) Ajusters are overworked.
2) You can't contact them because their voice box is full and will not take any more messages.
3) The adjusters make promises that they don't keep.
I am very disappointed in Farmers, their customer service at claim stinks.

This is the best auto insurance company in my experience!  They are always ready to help in any event, and answer questions I may have in regards to my policy.   Their rates are better than most other companies and very reliable.   I highly recommend!
