Brandon and his team are very professional and informative. I don’t feel they use the sales tactics as other companies do and are very honest and forthcoming. They worked with me to get me the best possible price combining my home, auto, and boat insurance., I was planning on switching to Allstate they have been sending me quotes and requests for awhile. But after working with Jason Wicks I’m going to stay and plan on switching both my cars and boat over. He was very helpful and profession and laid back. He didn’t harass me I’m a busy procrastinator and take my time and those Allstate people hit me up like 2 times a day driving me nuts. Brandon and his team were just there to answer questions as I needed them but not constantly pushing me. I have dealt with claims with Farmers before and they are by far the best with customer service.
