        This company was referred to me by an installer. Customer service has been terrible. I was referred to speak with Carla and I have left her numerous messages that are never returned. I had the same experience 6 months ago when I had another window that was broken and it was exactly the same. Leave messages, 5 days go by, leave another message. Disaster when you have a broken window in your home.
