The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. If you want good communication look elsewhere. After they came to measure for shower door they never communicated when install would happen. After calls to them they gave a rough estimation and said someone would call me. No one called me. No one answers their phone number when I call- always a call back. I called them to make a payment after invoice and paid. I kept getting emails asking for payment and when I emailed back I kept getting a notification. The owner calls me two weeks later asking for payment. This company severely needs an admin. The installation crew was super nice and did a good job from what I can tell so far. Not worth the time I spent to get to that point though. Always felt like I had to pursue them except when it is time for payment and then they want to hassle me because they are disorganized.
