From September to November, my family experienced the Guild Mortgage roller coaster ride. The company did not have good communication at all - in the middle of trying to close on a house, their team totally changed and we had to start the process all over again.
I had to redundantly submit documents, was given false promises, and just was confounded by the whole process.
Luckily, the house we tried to buy (and successfully did) was bank owned and had the time to work with us.
If I could give a half a star, I would.
