        PennyMac is not a trustworthy mortgage company. My mortgage was bought by them from another mortgage company. They missuse your escrow and don't heed any crucial information from the customer. They hide behind their internal bureaucratic red tape and processes. Their customer service really sucks!! Beware, do not use PennyMac.

        Brother died and they wont let spouse make payment and are starting the foreclosure process Beware

        Was interested in the Morgage Recast but they only allow for conventional loans. Why not for FHA? Also customer service was lacking. My representative I spoke to seemed like he had no idea what he was saying.
