Took my daughters to get there labs done did a walk in. It only took this wonderful lady named Jennifer 15 min we where in and out she talked to my daughters through out the process to make them feel relaxed there 9 & 10... Thanks Jennifer awesome service

Had good experiences with this lab in the past, but went last week for a pre-employment drug screen, which was to be completed at my convenience, and was told I could not bring any belongings, I would need to leave my purse, wallet, computer etc in my car. There have been several burglaries lately, and I told them I couldn't leave my things in my car, that I would have to come back. They called my employer and told them that I REFUSED the test! How embarassing! I will not be going back here.

This office has business hours posted on the website and on their door to indicate hours of operations 7:30a-5:00p. However, multiple customers sat outside the office waiting to get in until 7:55a. This is totally unacceptable especially for those of us who work and trying to get labs done before work. Thanks Quest for this horrible experience.

No one greets you so be prepared to wait. This especially sucks if you have a question to ask when you arrive. It doesn't really matter if you have an appointment because they aren't in a hurry to actually work. Terrible experience all the way around.

I've come here several times over the last year for lab draws. It's really close to my house, I can make an appointment online and all of the staff are very kind. I don't think I've ever had to wait for an appointment, but that may be because I come in the mornings. My lab draws are quick and not painful, which I think just speaks to the experience of the staff. No complaints and I've always had a good experience!
