First couple of times I used him he did a great job for me. Honest. Spent a couple hours digging a couple holes, changing out a couple valves, and fixing a broken head. I spent about $380 all parts and labor. Seemed fair and reasonable to me. However, this time though, he came for 10 minutes and replaced one head and charged me $189 for a whole hour, plus he was 3 hours later than he told me and I took off work to be there on time. He said he would feel bad if I didn't just make a killing on selling my house. I feel taken advantage of. I would have used him at my new home because I thought he was honest and fair but I will go with someone else. Not the right way to treat people and expect them to stay loyal. Lee from CRS performed excellent work. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes, he also taught me about sprinklers and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it and also how to maintain the rest of my sprinkler system. The repairs were performed quickly and he made sure to verify everything was working properly before he finished. I would highly recommend CRS for any sprinkler work.
