Texas Best Sprinklers, Drainage, and Lighting

Jake was suppose to show up at 3pm on Tuesday, 11/23/21, no call no show. When I spoke with him on 11/22/21 to schedule an appointment to come out and show me what they would be installing, he questioned why he needed to do this, they can see my house from Google Earth, they do this all the time and I explained that I was curious and wanted to see what it would look like, where the sprinkler heads would be and so forth, but he seemed hesitant, not sure why he reacted that way. I feel more comfortable seeing what I'm paying for and talking to my salesperson face to face. Now I'm not sure if I want to do business with someone like Jake based on the lack of Customer Service.

We had struggled with drainage control over the past 15 years. We spent thousands to resolve over the years but never resolved for the investments that we made. Jake came out and gave us a diagnosis to put in a french drain system that dumps out in the street. The work crew did a very good job and finished in two days. They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. After the job was completed, Jake came out and took care of a couple of punch list items. The system works great and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a long term permanent solution.

I would very highly recommend TBS!! They have been taking care of sprinkler system in our yard for the past 3 years and they are the BEST!! Kody is the best, most friendliest person! Their customer service is second to none! Ashley is the sweetest voice you can hear on customer service!
