Worst jewelry store ever!! Customer service sucks! Abby treats everyone like crap! They lie about everything. My ring is ruined because of them! Then when they are suppose to be repairing it is get it back after having to pay more money for their screw up to begin with its still messed up and looks like crap! Never use this company! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if Google would let me!

Probably the worst jewelry store I've been into. Service sucks!! Even the manager isn't helpful at all. We had an issue with our account, instead of trying to fix it. They said "i don't know what to tell you sorry". Didn't u even to find a solution and rushed me around trying to find something. Went to hulen one, completely diff. They found out the issue with my account within 15 mins. And found the piece that I actually liked. Rigmar zales sucks!!! Hope they close that one down!!!
