Being my first visit to an official AD, couldnt have went better. The staff was amazing, answered all the question I had. I cannot wait to get the opportunity to buy my first Rolex from them.

I stopped in to initially to talk about Rolex availability and worked with Molly. She took my info for my grail watch GMT, and proceeded to show me some other time pieces that piqued my interest. The service received was fantastic, she showed me their lineup and special features about everyone. She took her time with me and made it a very relaxed experience. I wound up getting a Luminox automatic movement piece for the day and cannot wait to come back and do business again. A very premium experience. I will write another review after the Rolex I requested comes through.

Janet at Haltoms deserves everyones attention when looking for a Rolex. She is something special. I called and text her every single week for many months now and today I got the call. She never once treated me like I was bothering her when I would call her. I can tell you that some other ADs in the DFW area make you feel like youre wasting your time and Janet makes you feel like you are important even when she didnt have any inventory to show you she made you feel like she cared, I dont know how to explain in text, but give Janet a call youll understand what I mean. Thank you maam. A day I will never forget.

Great staff needed a battery replaced in a watch I didn't even purchase there they replaced at no charge and even set to the correct date and time. Will be going there for a few gifts this holiday season I'm sure
