Taverna (Ft. Worth)

I absolutely love Taverna. The food always tastes amazing, is beautiful, and the service is very good. The staff is familiar with the menu and are helpful. Everyone I have ever brought to Taverna really loves it. One of these days I’ll have to try to the pizza.

Turned away tonight with multiple open tables because we didn’t have reservations, was offered to eat with a crowd of another group at an “open” long table by the bar with other people standing up and their food on the table... Won’t be back, if there were in fact reservations the people weren’t there and with open tables and no one else in line they could’ve accommodated. Not even offered a wait, was told there were no open tables for the night at all, with no one in line and open spots. Sincerely feel like we were turned away on purpose.

The very best pizza we have had in years! The other menu items are also awesome....but as pizza lovers we are raving about this place.
