I love Dr. Pham I stay at this office because of him. But I hate the office staff, there is always an issue with not returning calls, canceling my appointment without notifying me ! Today I got a text that said my appointment was at 7 am tomorrow I called the office to ask why and the lady said it sounds like your appointment maybe canceled she check and it was ! She fixed the issue and was still able to get me in tomorrow. While in the phone I needed to know if there was a credit on my account and she said Christian would call me! I begged her to see if she could just help me because I already know that his stuff doesn’t return calls and his office manger can care less about handling issues so guess what here it is the close of their business day and no call back! I call and got the Bedford office and the lady said she would have them call me I begged her again to just help me but she couldn’t. She tried to call their office and she got no answer. One more thing the girl said this morning my appointment was canceled because the Dr was not going to be in the office when I made the appointment I asked her 4 times if she was sure he was working this Saturday and she said yes every time. I hate bad leaving reviews but this is not the first time and every time I go into the office I’ve complained about the front desk staff and voiced my concerns about how the office manger don’t return calls so it’s pointless to even leave a message. I just need to know if my child has a credit on her account ! I understand Dr change their schedule last minute. I am a scheduler myself for a very busy office but one thing I do is make sure all my patients are notified by at least leaving a voicemail

Coming here for several years. Previously 5 stars but has changed. Poor organization and communication by staff. No follow up when voice-mails left. Answers repeatedly change. Had to insist on antibiotics twice with infected tooth. Definitely changing dentists.

Dr.Pham is very very Professional !! He cares and always ask if I have any questions etc…. The Staff is friendly and the office manager is very caring, They will do what they can for you. Go see Dr. Pham and his Staff they will improve your SMILE:) . I introduced my Son to them and he has Beautiful Braces. 5 star rating always. Thanks to his Team Dentist also! Great People!!
