Aspire allergy and sinus double charged us for allergy drops so $450 on one day due to their own error and then told us it would take 30-60 days to refund it. It is past the 60 days and I have called, emailed, used the chat with ZERO response from them. I dont have an extra $225 and 30-60 days to wait for a refund due to THEIR ERROR yet here we are. Extremely unprofessional. Dont go here unless you have extra money laying around for them to take and never return.

Terrible service. Waited 3 weeks for appointment for my daughter. Day of appointment my mother took my daughter to the appointment and they refused to see her because I wasn't there. I was never informed that I had to be there and it doesn't say anywhere on the website that parent has to be there. Now next available appointment is not for another month. Receptionist was not helpful and had a terrible attitude. Will look for another place.

***UPDATE***
I just finished my 3rd ExACT injection in Midland, TX and I am SO HAPPY.
I was taking oral steroids every 2-3 days before I started my therapy. I was terrified of ending up in the hospital on a respirator.
After my 2nd injection I already noticed I was feeling SO MUCH BETTER. I had not taken steroids in OVER A MONTH since my previous injection.
I just wanted to say thank you to Crystal and her team in El Paso, TX and Nikki and her team in Midland, TX.
I cannot wait for Crystal Fuller, FNP to offer the service in El Paso, TX!
