York Allergy & Asthma: John C. York MD FACAAI

I have been a patient receiving weekly shots for about a year now. I came into this extremely adverse to needles! Every single person working in the practice that I have encountered has been caring and professional, just stellar, every single one! Including Dr. York. This is not common anymore, unfortunately. I no longer dread the needles. The team at Your Allergy & Asthma West have been so kind and patient taking great care to ease me into the routine. Even though they give thousands of shots a week, they take gentle care. And I am in and out in five minuets.

I don't know when I've had a better experience at a doctor's office. Dr. York is very pleasant, professional and thorough. His staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've never had to wait longer than 1 minute to receive my weekly allergy shots. It's hard to believe, but true. I'm very glad to have found this doctor.

Tried scheduling an appointment with them told me I wasnt in network with my insurance then they told me they were trying to call my insurance to verify it was in network was told yes then received a call later in the afternoon saying they werent going forward with my insurance even though they are in network waste of time waited hours to get a call from these ppl just to hear that I was covered but they werent expecting my insurance even though they are in network. They also wanted to try and bill my insurance before even seeing me in the office to see how long it would take them to pay.
