Do not try to enroll as a new patient because they're very short staffed with too mamy patients which causes them to cancel back to back appointments. They cancelled two of my appointments THE DAY OF within 4 days and then try to schedule another one to have to cancel that one as well. Quit accepting new patients until you get more staff! I understand emergencies come up but then you need to make sure you have other np's, midwives, or doctors to cover when they do come up. Very unorganized practice.

Vey Rude. I will never go back. I waited for 3 hrs to see the Dr. I understand Drs run late so I was patient. Then I was waiting in the waiting room for another hr when I got up to ask if everything was ok or if they had forgotten about me the front desk was very rude. I got up and left and didn't even pay my copay. Btw... I was the only one in the waiting room so it is not like they were busy.
