Vanessa in the front is extremely rude and lacks people skills, shes probably the same one the other reviews complain about. The dr is great but front staff has no communication and doesnt know what theyre doing. I will be filing a complaint against Vanessa as I recorded the conversation. They try to scam you and your insurance out of more money when its their mistake.

They seriously need to let go of the rude girl in the front desk. She hangs up on people, and God forbid you speak Spanish because thats an automatic hang up. My grandma has missed several appointments and has had medical emergencies because of this incompetent girl.

This place is a pill mill. I have reported this clinic and doctor to the Drug Enforcement Agency. I'm sure there will be an investigation.
