Flores jewelers has been my moms go to for years. I had three very different rings and wanted to combine them to make my wedding rings. Adn went above and beyond to make my stunning dream ring. He was so patient and changed it a couple of times until it was perfect for me. I really wanted white gold too so he let me trade my yellow. I live out of state so I havent even seen the fished product yet but I am over the moon! Id recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much!

My husband went into your store to buy me a birthday on February 17.2024. The saleslady was extremely rude to him she was in a hurry to get him out. My husband asked for a certain piece of jewelry and she told him oh no those start at $7000.00 you should be looking at these over here the start at $400.00. Once my husband still lurched from your store she had the audacity to tell him you can leave now after she got his payment and signature. I have never heard of your store until today when my husband is giving me my birthday gift. In all honesty, I'm disgusted with the saleswoman who my husband still won't name out of courtesy to her (I don't know why). For been a family business you all need more customer service. Sorry my husband didn't walk in there with a texuido or better dressed but he went in to conduct business not to be judged. Shop local but not from here terrible service.

I took my chain to get fixed , some of the diamonds fell out. Once I picked up my chain I was amazed. They made it look brand new! I been there a few times and it's always pleasing.
