We visited every possible jewelry shop in town, and I have to say that our experience here was really outstanding! They had a vast selection, much more than I expected. Their shop is spacious and comfortable with always a few employees leisurely interacting. They don't apply pressure to you, and that is really rare. It is also very appreciated. Their website is excellent. We found our rings online first, and before wasting time and gas driving out there, we called and gave the item numbers from the website to see if they had them in stock. They promised to call back shortly, and they did. They had them, and we went in right away to see them. They really go above and beyond with customer service. They provided free beverages-very nice. We really appreciated the special experience. They didn't try to convince us of anything. When we asked questions or asked what they recommended, they were genuinely honest. They didn't give us their opinion. They gave us both possible sides of the spectrum. They were very helpful.
Their business works by providing settings and diamonds separately. Most of the settings have a diamond or alternative stand-in. The bands are also silver or some other alternative to the expensive stuff, so it may look different when you actually receive your ring. They have reasonable prices on beautiful ring settings. There are a lot of different options. What's more, they can customize many items. We actually asked if the ring could be made for a smaller sized diamond to save on the cost. They had to get back to us about that, which they did as soon as possible. They did it in the smaller size, so we went in and picked out a diamond. They have diamonds in stock, which is best to be able to see them and touch them. However, you can get cheap prices using their website. You can choose the quality, size, and best priced diamond all by yourself. It can be ordered, and once it is in and the ring setting as well, they will put the 2 together for you. They explain the quality scale of diamonds for you and are really honest about how much each ranking matters. All rings are custom orders, custom sized and made for you. Our rings took under 2 weeks. They told us i would be 3-4 weeks but were early.
The service here is top notch, really fantastic. All the employees are well aware of all the products and can answer any questions you ask. They seem truly happy to help. They are very laid back. As soon as you walk in, they make sure they address you. They don't stalk you and follow you around everywhere, but they are never hard to call over. They remembered us every time, even after months! They remembered our names and made the experience very personal. Our salesman was so happy that I was so happy with my ring that he felt like part of the experience. We even hugged by the end of it. Very special people work here. That makes a huge difference.
I will say the Mesa location was MUCH better than the one on the east side that says it's going out of business...as it has for like 8 months. They have good hours. They are easily accessible by phone. When we applied for credit, we had an answer within a couple of minutes. They made that process so simple. A few papers and you're off. If you're looking for a ring, this should be your 1st stop!
