This company NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY THE BBB THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THE STAFF IS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WHILE GIVING YOU THE WRONG INFORMATION. They continue to mess with my credit score, RUNNING MY CREDIT WHICH THEY SHOULD NOT BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST STAY AWAY FROM THEM! IF YOU DONT YOU WILL REGRET IT! Every time my credit goes up they do something every single month to pull it down taking my chance away to refinance with another company:. DO NOT TRUST THIS CREDIT UNION!

Who charges 10 dollars for overdraft fees during these trying times?? TFCU does... They claim to have implemented several "programs" to help people in need but it's a bunch of bull. 10 dollar overdraft fees should be a crime. Bunch of bullies stealing member's hard earned funds. Edit: I've been with TFCU for almost 30 years! I've NEVER been charged a cent for using my own savings to compensate the checking account on the first time in a month's span. We had FIVE per month recently. That's what I signed upon opening my account. Now on the first time, BAMN! 10 Dollars to use my own money from my own account. Why?? NO JUSTIFICATION whatsoever. GREEDY! If my life wasn't so attached to the account I would cancel and move elsewhere. BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN!

I applied for skip a payment request and i have been told that everything was going to be taken care of. They were suppose to get back with me and never did I had to constantly call. The lack communication is constant with this back. They have their own personal rules they go by. Its frustrating to work with. I wouldnt get any loans with them. They are impossible to work with. I have never been satisfied with any of their customer service. Switching my loan with GECU when I get the chance. GECU TAKES WAY BETTER CARE OF YOU.

I have been charged so many fees for overdraft when I clearly had enough funds in my account. I have asked for help and received rude responses over the customer service line, and told there is nothing that can be done. I have not had a fee to my account until recent months. I have lost over $30 worth of my money to their unwarranted fees. Once I pay everything off, I will be closing my account. Edit: I did receive an email from manager Jose, who was very helpful and listened to my side of the story. He was able to assist me and mend some of the damage that was done.
