        Mr. Alberto Minjares provided excellent service, taking time to set up and explain mobile banking which was extremely helpful. Today, Saturday, he very helpful and informative about additional banking services. Both Mr. Minjares and his supervisor were both very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend BofA at 7575 Mesa Street!

        Extremely rude employee at front desk. When told they needed to work on their customer service was told it wasn't his job. When told I probably would look for another bank to do business with was told probably better

        We made an appointment to open a savings account with our checking we already had and I will say that the customer service at this bank was amazing! I did read the reviews prior to going in and I was a little worried but our representative was so patient, answered all of our questions and we had such good conversation! I will definitely be returning to this bank for all future business.

        Two checks a wire deposit was returned. Reasons unknown. Deposit a check through TM items was returned. Unknown why. My on line access keeps getting locked. I miss northeast Bank. On dyer. West Rebrude
