I believe these people far as management make up their own rules and they are racist.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I have not been late on rent any. I would not live here again. Everything I have to say is true about this place. I have pictures and everything to prove it. The air conditioner was out for almost two months in mid summer. We tried getting them to fix it. They did bring us a small window unit to try and help out. It did help us out by getting the temperature down to 85 while we slept at night. It also raised the electric bill up an extra 150 bucks. So when I went to the office to let them know I was moving 15 minutes later they had a guy out there working on it. It was kinda funny that the guy showed up to fix it and then was told by the manager or acting manager that the part has been in for 2 weeks. Anyways they try to fix things with electrical tape instead of spending money to fix it right. The grass was about up to my knees outside. I told the acting manager that I would mow it for them if they needed someone to and they could just take it off of the rent but they said they didn't allow residents to do something like that, even though the air conditioner guy lives there and works with them.. That is a different story. So another thing is we went 3 days with the sewer backing up in the section that we lived at. Went to the office along with other residents trying to get it fixed and everyone was told it would have to wait till Monday. Asked the manager if we could take the lid off the cleanout line outside so we could maybe fix it. He told us no because its unsanitary and a health hazard, but yet it is ok for us to have all of it in our apartments? The sewer water covered our bathroom floors and into the bedroom soaking in the carpet. We had to deal with that for 3 days before after a lot of complaining from a lot of people. The list can go on and on about this place. If you don't believe me on what I have put at least ask the residents of Raintree apartments what it is like before you throw money away renting from them. I am glad I will be living in a better place at the end of the week. 7/8/14
