Extremely lazy maintenance guy/manager with uncaring owner. Made us wait 9 extra days after our move in date to be able to move in, our literal last day in our other apartment. They never stretched out our carpet, so we just had loose carpeting for over a year, never fixed our guest bathroom. The water would also randomly go out at least once a month, sometimes for hours at a time, with no notice despite requesting several, several times to be told when water is/will be going out since we have a small child and need to know when we don't have running water. It's just all around a horrible place to stay because the owner lets the manager get away with anything. Not to mention several 'lost' packages and at least one that was found open in the office.

We moved in April 15 and our second bathroom was not complete at all. Everyday we would ask the maintenance man when he will be by, he says he will be there and never shows up. For five months, he had not been by one time to attempt fixing our bathroom. We would always get blown off. Since the toilet was not hooked up to a drain. The drain would leak and sewage water would seep onto our floor and into the hallway. It had severe mold growing. The owner basically screws everyone in this complex.
