The firm provided great advice regarding an employment agreement and associated negotiations. I have also worked with the Coleman firm on possible small busIness acquisitions and possible real estate purchases. Hugh Coleman has done a great service for Denton County serving as a County Commissioner. The negative comments I have seen below I believe are from disgruntled politicians looking to interfere with his private practice. I highly recommend the Coleman Law firm for employment matters and small to medium businesses. Hugh also has a wealth of knowledge of the local business environment and associated governance. Best thing is that he holds office hours at the local coffee house and is very accessible to his precinct constituents.
