I had the pleasure of working with Mari Flores over the past few years and I can genuinely say she was absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable in her field and took every opportunity to ensure that my family found resolution. I recommend her to any family member or friend in need of an attorney who is passionate and cares about making sure the best interest for her clients is found. We absolutely appreciate all Mari has done for our family. In addition, all members in the office provided exceptional customer service and communicated efficiently. Thank you for all you do!

They called me at 9:45 am to move my appointment that was scheduled for 11 am and they wanted me to arrive at 10 am because the lawyer could not attend to me, I live 40 minutes from the place and I had adjusted my times at work According to the appointment, it was not an option to change my appointment at 10 am. Their excuse is that they tried to contact me the day before to move my appointment and they couldn't find me. With so much technology, they couldn't send a message or leave an email. voice, it should be noted that if I answered a call and it seemed like they were playing, they just repeated hello hello many times until they hung up, I returned the call immediately and got no answer, the best option is to cancel my appointment and seek help elsewhere since your lack of professionalism and I prefer not to waste my time with them, and on today's call they did the same thing, they just repeated hello hello as if they couldn't hear me, I had to hang up and return the call but this time they did answer.

You're only getting a 1 star because I can't put zero. However, when you're clients are asking you for help or advice, stop turning it around on them when you already ignored your client for a week and we have to reach out multiple times to get an answer. Also, you insist that you're right about everything and think that your clients are absolutely clueless. You have absolutely no professionalism and your attitude is absolute trash. When you say that you can't do anything because you don't have a magic wand, that is completely unnecessary when speaking to your clients. You show no efforts in fighting for your clients and will do more work for the accusers vs helping to prove that your client is competent. Instead you make it seem as if we deserve to be punished. Thank you for your poor attitude and horrible service to our community. Great example of why the judicial system is so messed up.

Mari Flores has an absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional attitude when it comes to cross examining a defendant, not only does she attempt to belittle and dehumanize the individual with her absurd, out of line and out right rude questioning. She will even become so heavily invested in her clients cases that she will laugh in the face of a defendant and even question the individuals intellect if they are gaining the upper hand against her, going as far as baselessly accusing one of reading from a script. I even witnessed first hand where she laughed in the face of defendant who suffered from a severe mental illness as if they were lying about being mentally ill when they showed physical proof that they did indeed suffer from numerous mental illnesses, all of this occurring during the month of May which is National Mental Health Awareness Month. If you are an individual that values morals and compassion then I would steer clear from Flores Harbor Law. Mari Flores should be ashamed of herself and the way she treats other human beings. Shame on the Judges who allow this kind of behavior in their court room as well.
